GALEN TSE
Galen Tse is multidisciplinary artist in photography, painting and sound art. He raised in Hong Kong and received Diploma in Business with distinction from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
A self-taught artist, TSE has been exposed to various creative media since childhood. His works express the creator's personality and thoughts. He has worked in professional photography and illustration for many years, using a unique perspective to depict the relationship between people and the city.
TSE has joined several exhibitions: "Vagaries in Mustard Seed Garden" series (2010-2015), "Hot Spot" Photo exhibition (2014), "Ode to Simplicity - Pinhole Photography" Trilogy at Taikoo Place (2005-2010), "Cameras Inside-out" group exhibition at Hong Kong Heritage Museum (2007), "The Moment" at Agnes b.'s Librairie Galerie, Hong Kong (2004) and more.
In 2008, TSE created the "Wall" series of photographs for the commission project of SONY Alpha A900 digital camera (Hong Kong) television commercial, and participated in the filming.
TSE has been invited to lectures on photography and art at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on numerous talk. He has also conducted photography/art workshops at many secondary schools and institutions.
His works are collected by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hyatt Hotels, Hong Kong Parkview, and private institutional clients in Hong Kong and overseas.
TSE has worked in both artistic and commercial creative fields, creating photographs and illustrations for numerous commercial organizations and media.

攝影、繪畫、新媒體創作藝術家。香港出生及成長，香港理工大學工商管理(優異)文憑畢業。
謝氏為自學藝術家，自小接觸不同創作媒介，作品表現創作者的性格和所思所想。從事專業攝影和插畫工作多年，以獨特的角度， 表現人物、 城市之間的關係。
近期展覽包括"芥子園奇想" 個人展覽系列 (2010-2015), "Ode to Simplicity 針孔攝影三部曲”個展系列 (2005-2010), "Moleskine Passions Exhibition” 亞洲聯展, "相裡．鏡外"聯展 (香港文化博物館) 及agnes b.'s Librairie Galerie 個展”The Moment” (2004)等。
2008年獲SONY邀請，為SONY Alpha A900數碼單鏡反光相機(香港區)電視廣告，委託創作攝影作品"牆"系列，並親自參與廣告拍攝。
謝氏曾多次獲邀在香港中文大學及香港理工大學舉行攝影和藝術演講。並在多間中學和藝術機構主持攝影/藝術工作坊。
作品為香港文化博物館、凱悅酒店、陽明山莊、和多個香港、海外的私人及機構所收藏。多年來，遊走於藝術創作和商業創作，為多間商業機構和媒體，委託創作攝影和插畫。
